Hop and Hop and stay happy :)

Nowadays, stress anxiety multitasking and our everyday work leads us to unhappiness and makes life miserable. If we take health in a scientific way then it means the complete wellness of our social, physical, emotional behaviours. However due to over workload, one is unable to keep himself happy and healthy. So in order to keep yourself happy, we need to follow some sets which are as under:

1. Spend time with your family and friends
Spending time with family and friends is the best way to make yourself happy because the greatest gift you can give someone is your time. Because when you dedicate your time, you are offering a part of your life that you will never get back. Moreover, the way we spend our time defines who we are. So if you want to be happy, you should spend time with your loved ones who makes you feel special and cheerful.








2. Meditate and rewrite your brain
The answers you seek never come when the mind is busy, they come when the mind is still. So to get those answers you should perform meditation. By spending 5 minutes a day can make a big difference. In addition to this, we have a natural ability called neuroplasticity, which means that if we learn new knowledge and have new experiences, we can develop new networks and circuits of neurones and literally change our mind.

3. Go outside especially out of your comfort zone
You should go outside when it is cold not only that temperature is best for inspiration but also helps your mood to change. If you experience mood swings and intense anger you should definitely go for a walk if the temperature is cold. It not only cools you down but also makes you think like you are special and luckiest person. According to me, whenever i feel sad, i usually go out for a walk in nature and returns until i satisfies. sometimes i usually spend my whole day outside, sitting in the nature when it is cold.

4. Practise smiling
Here's a challenge! give a smile to at least 5 persons everyday. This will not only makes you friendly but also makes you and the other person happy. So from now on, make your smile a crucial part of your outfit and always wear it because your smile is the reason for many other smiles.

5. Sleep more
Sleep works like a miracle whenever you experience mood swings. Remember to sleep more than 8 hours everyday. If you have a busy lifestyle or you have some kinda burden or you suffer from insomnia then be sure to consult a doctor. Moreover, try not to consume drugs which helps in sleeping. Do yoga, meditation or exercise not only they keep you healthy and fit but also they release endorphins which makes you happy.

6. Practise Gratitude
The benefits of practising gratitude are endless. People who regularly practise gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions.If you thank someone for their help, not only they get happy but also you'll feel happy and satisfied. Be social and make sure to practise gratitude to everything!

7. Help others two hours a week
Helping people is important because it's good to do good deeds for others. It's good to help because it makes you feel good about yourself. Because it will make you seem like a better person and have others have a better outlook on you. Because if you help someone in need they feel the need to help you one day.

8. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
There are endless reasons to do exercise daily. It not only gives strength and flexibility but also improves memory and increases a self confidence. As mentioned above, it helps to sleep better. In addition to this, it reduces your risk of heart diseases naturally. It generates endorphins known as happiness hormones. Moreover, you are able to perform better at work and you are most likely to live longer and live healthier.

9. Plan a trip
If you really want to travel without any problem or any hard work then you should plan your own trip. A travel plan will assist in bringing about a wide range of benefits. It not only reduces peak time congestion but also reduces harmful transport emission and reduces energy use. Moreover it improves accessibility and tackling social exclusion. It Also makes you happy because if you plan your own trip with your own choice of places to visit, you are more likely to save more money and able to gain a good amount of experience

10. Create time for your hobbies
Research has found that engaging in enjoyable activities during down time were associated with lower blood pressure, total cortisol and also helps in reducing waist circumference and body mass index. Engaging yourself in your favourite hobbies also correlated to higher levels of positive psychosocial states and lower levels of depression and negative affects. So hobbies are good for you, good for your mind and good for your body too!

Time to create a BUCKET LIST!

Well! 3 months have passed and still don't have a bucket list for 2017!!!!!!!
Don't worry, keep calm and keep reading. Here's how you should create a bucket list. read the ultimate guide to create the best bucket list and stay inspired!

Bucket List refers to the achievements or experiences you really want to gain in your lifespan. and if you don't have any bucket list it means you are a sheep without a shepherd.(sorry!!)
The one thing you have to do is to get out of your comfort zone and do something adventurous and immortal so the world will always remember you for forever.

Have some curiosity and have a risk taking heart and push yourself off the limits.


1. Pretend Travelling in your own city 
Well! have you ever thought about travelling like a traveller in your own city and drinking coffee like a different person in your local coffee shop. If no, then you should definitely add this to your bucket list because there is a scientific reason behind this (yes!!) according to a research, scientists have found that pretending like a traveller in your own city will help your brain to release hormones which will increasing the feelings of happiness and gratefulness towards everything! Moreover, you'll feel like the happiest person alive on the planet because you would know where to visit and where not to and you know the directions of each and every street! 

So go grab your backpack and pull out a map of your city and travel until you feel satisfied!


2. Learn a foreign language and use it
One thing you should definitely try this year is to learn a foreign language, now it can be any local language of any region or any widely spoken language. Just remember to choose a language which fascinates you.

If you want to learn any language online then there are plenty of websites you could try the one which I prefer is duolingo. It has many international languages.However, this website doesn't have any language which has it's own alphabets like Korean.

Now if you have learned a language then try to speak in that language as much as you can. Make friends from different origins who are fluent in that language and you'll be able to see visible results.
you'll see a change in yourself which is a good one and moreover, this is a brilliant idea to add to your bucket list.

3.Draw a self-portrait.
People with creative minds tend to doodle and make sketches and moreover, they find beauty in everything.
Have you ever thought about drawing your own portrait? If no, then you should better try. Everybody loves sketches. Some people love to draw and some people love to behold sketches. And if you want to do something memorable this year you must try drawing your self-sketch.

well, it is hard to draw one's own sketch. If you really want to draw your self-portrait then you should click your photo in your desired pose and print it out. Take a tracing paper and stick it on the printout.

4. Buy something for a needy
One thing which you should do this year is to help some needy out, this is a fresh way to wash out your sins. Moreover, if we help someone when they are in a difficult situation, it gives us and them a feel of hope and rejuvenates the hope in humanity again and maybe that person could help you in future too!


5. Learn a strategy game
The ability to Learn new things is situated in the human DNA. But don't you think if we are going to feed our brain with simple things rather than something different, will it be sufficient? So in order to overcome this, feed your brain by playing some strategy games. These games not only forces your brain to think clear but also helps you to have a better control over your life. and one more thing, anyone can play these games, whether that person is physically unfit or any other thing.
The other benefit is, you can overcome your laziness too!

Chess, Chinese Checkers, Othello are the great examples.

6. Be a mentor to someone
Now, if you have different qualities, especially good one then why not share it with people who respects you, whether they are juniors or seniors, that what makes a good mentor. A good Mentor is willing to teach what he/she knows and accepts the mentee where they currently are in their professional development. A good mentor not only shows a positive attitude towards everything but also inspires you to do good deeds. He also exhibits enthusiasm in every single field.

The bucket list is full of exotic stuff, moreover, i would like to encourage you to be a good mentor because our society lacks good people and in addition to this, it would be a good thing if you would show interest to make our society a better and happier place.

7. Hide your book in a public place with a note!
This is an amazing idea if you really want to grow your book club. Moreover, people who are interested in reading will definitely be picking up your book. You should definitely give your email address in the note so as that person could contact you as soon as that person finds the book. In addition to this, make sure that you must hide your book in that place where the other person could easily find.


8.Learn to use non-dominant hand
In a recent study, scientists have found that a person who uses his non-dominant hand in his daily activities whether it is brushing or picking up something or eating, tends to have a better memory than using a dominant hand. Moreover, if you use your non-dominant hand in eating, you will know exactly when your brain satisfies and if you will sleep on your non-dominant side you will be able to sleep faster.

9.kill someone with your kindness!
Being kind and generous is all that humanity needs nowadays. however, people are being selfish and there's no chance of expecting an act of kindness from anybody. So surprise your frenemies or someone to whom you don't expect kindness with your special treatment of kindness. and this is also a great way to start your bucket list.


10.travel all around the world
A man can live without food but not without travelling and everybody wants to travel distinct places and vacations are the great opportunity to travel somewhere new and in addition to this, the experience you gain, the friends you make and the different food you taste are all considered in the countless experience.

So get out of your comfort zone in vacations go somewhere where you would like to visit and don't worry about anything because it is going to spoil your vacation!

10 GOALS TO ADD IN YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION

Have you ever thought about changing yourself and then you might ever felt like it's so much hefty
or have you ever tried to change the way you think and thought that it's going to be impossible. Things like organising yourself, cleaning your house, eating healthy, being productive, getting creative, being fit must seem impossible to you and if it does then all you need to do is to make a new year resolution which is going to help you throughout the year. Now new year resolution seems a bit complicate thing to follow but if you once start getting into it then I'm sure the results are going to be way much better than your expectations.

If you are looking for some tips to add in your NEW YEAR'S resolution then they are as follow:


1. Self-motivation

Before starting something new, we need motivation and we know that nobody is free to motivate us every time. So to handle this problem one should learn self-motivation. Well! Self-motivation is the key to success. However, self-motivation is not only required in a specific type of work but it is required in plenty much amount of work we do in our everyday life. The first thing to be added to your 2017's resolution list is self-motivation. You ought to obey your heart and if your heart is motivating you what else can be much better than this!!! Don't ever say that you can't. I know you can do it!! so keep pushing yourself..

2. Curiosity to learn something new

Learning something new is the key trait of human life. However due to technology that curiosity is kinda lost somewhere in our brains!!!! It seems like, the curiosity is sleeping and what we have to do is to wake it up!! SO GET OUT OF YOUR COMFY ZONE  and do something new before you become the slave of the technology. Dragging yourself into learning a new language, engaging yourself into DIY  projects, travelling and exploring the world around you, visiting historical places, can make your life much more organised. Moreover, always remember to abolish your laziness before doing something new because when it mingles up with your curiosity you feel exhausted and stressed and your mind will not want to participate in anything.

3. Challenging yourself 

It might look weird, but according to a recent study, it has been found that if you are going to challenge yourself in any work you are able to do it much more perfectly. Have a challenge for 21 days for no junk food and see a result in yourself!! Always remember the rule of the challenge. Okay!!!! if you don't know then it states that if you are going to challenge yourself over something don't procrastinate just fulfil, and picture yourself accomplishing it: ) and have a big smile on your face. If you are going to take a challenge and aren't sure that you are able to complete it, Then use the formula of time-period. Okay, for instance, if you are saving money but are not keen to do it then challenge yourself for 10 days and steadily increase for another 10 days without breaking the chain.

4. Healthy is Happy:)

Health is the priority of life. Health and emotions are interdependent or we can say that they are the two sides of one coin. If you are healthy you can overcome any affair. But first of all, how to maintain a good healthy lifestyle? well!!! It's not a big issue and the answer is simple. Don't eat any junk. All you need to eat is foods which ain't have any refined substance, which ain't contain any types of unhealthy oils, which are not processed. Before buying anything just remember to reading labels and have a good research on ingredients and make sure you're eating foods rich in dietary fibres and nutrients which our body wants to make a living. So, all you need to do is to be particular with your choices and eat whole foods and remember to have a great amount of fibre in your diet, also try to consume healthy fatty acids like omega-3.


5. 21 and 90 rule

Well! do you know? psychology says, it takes only 21 days to make a habit and it takes 90 days to make a lifestyle. now if you are the kind of person who really wants to adopt good habits and lifestyles then I'm sure that this hack is going to help you. All you have to do is to first make your habit by setting what you want to do for 21 days and then slowly proceed onto lifestyle which is going to consume 90 days. Have yoga sessions for 21 days without breaking the chain and slowly make it your lifestyle. I know it sounds hard to deal with but it's not and in order to gain something you have to loose something. KEEP PUSHING!!!!

6. Travel and explore your surroundings

The new thing which you can add in you resolution's list is travelling all around the world. It not only soothes up your mind but also makes you smarter and it is also a good food for our brain. SO GO, GET UP AND EXPLORE YOUR SURROUNDINGS. DON'T HESITATE IF YOU ARE NEW IN THIS FIELD, INSTEAD IT'S A VERY GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!!!!!

7. Read books and quit NETFLIX

According to a recent study, if a person reads 20 pages per day of fiction or any other book he/she is able to control himself or his stress level than the person who watches NETFLIX.
SO READ PAPER BOOKS BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR HEALTH!!!!!

8. Judge yourself not others

Don't compare yourself with other. It's not a good habit because nobody possesses the same body and everybody is different. You should be willing to know yourself and your poor qualities before you try to correct someone else's. So, first of all, TRY  SPENDING TIME ALONE AND THINK OF ALL YOUR ERRORS AND FAULTS. Don't care what others are saying about you, do what makes you feel good and confident because what matter most in the first place is your own happiness NOT OTHERS........

9.Spend time alone 

Spending time alone is going to help you for preparing yourself for difficult situations because when you spend time alone you stars to talk to yourself and begins to think about yourself in deep and sometimes you all you can be is the best therapist for yourself not only because you know all the details but also all the details which you are not able to share with someone else because you feel like they are not going to help you and then your personality changes to an introvert. But if you will talk to yourself, do what your inner voice says you, will be perfect for helping you.

10. Don't overthink and "everything's alright"

Whenever there happens to be a tough situation for you, your mind begins to over think which fluctuates stress hormones in your body which causes many serious problems like stress, heart diseases and much more.
It also creates the hormonal imbalance. So if you want to stop over thinking the one thing you ought to follow is to enjoy every small thing in your life because the life is more than worth living and won't be going to come again.
